MAI Inauguration
The Materials Ageing Institute will be inaugurated on Monday November 16th, 2009 at 2.00pm by Yves Bamberger, Senior Vice President Corporate EDF R&D and Bernard Dupraz, Executive Vice President EDF Production.

The inauguration and presentation of the MAI will be followed by a visit of the new building, research facilities (including the state-of-the-art microscopy laboratory) and a reception with presentations of research projects and focus. In conjunction with the inaugural event, the MAI has organized a scientific conference on Tuesday November 17th on the application of nanoscopic observation to the ageing and behaviour of materials at macroscopic scale".
